Spoke to Peter Breil a month ago about potholes in an alley that is paved. Caller is concern that to date nothing has been done and now it's going on two years and the alley way is getting impossible to travel through because of the holes and standing water and the asphalt is buckling. The area of concern is the 2000 block of Chicago to Jefferson Davis.
