Description

Light waits way too long to change. Very uncomfortable for some folks on that part of 25th to have to wait so long at this light. 25th is too busy to have so many people backed up waiting for very little traffic on Venable to move. Frequently made to wait on 25th for no vehicles to cross on Venable.
