Description

There is an old, random tree in a City Alley located directly behind my property at 3500 E. Broad Rock Road. The tree has large limbs and berries during the Spring that fall into my back yard and leaves staining on the fence and sidewalk. The large limbs cover the top of my shed. The tree has a low bearing electrical power line running through it. Please advise if the City can cut down and remove the tree. I have posted photos for your review. Any courtesy is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
