Description

Bellevue Avenue was milled and paved last November. Several months ago, the pavement started to alligator about 50 feet west of Brook Road, in the eastbound lane. Pavement is now broken up and failing. Since this is less than a year old, is it still warranted? Before the street was re-paved, this location was constantly potholed.
