Description
Located on Bellevue Avenue at Hermitage which was milled and paved last November. Several months ago, the pavement started to alligator in several spots about 100 feet east of Hermitage Road, in the westbound lane. Pavement is now broken up and failing. Since this is less than a year old, is it still warranted? Before the street was re-paved, this location was constantly potholed.
