Description

This whole northbound right lane where ever there is a water valve with the cover there the area surrounded isnt covered it can cause bike/scooter/motorcycle accidents plus it can destroy that certain area of the road allowing all rain water getting under asphalt. these been like that for year or more and you would think people would come back and finish the job and fill it in
