    All all-way stop locations must meet the warrants in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The intersection of Springhill and 19th does not meet the warrants. The Paving Engineer will havehis contractor replace the crosswalk markings at Cowardin eastbound to westbound Semmes. We will install a down arrow to supplement the existing pedestrian crossing sign.
