Hello Mr. Schwartz, This is in response to your email concerning the Elm Trees that are close to Utility wires and in the need of trimming at the residence of 110 Libbie Ave. I placed another callto Dominion today and I spoke with Ms. Booker who confirmed that the previous job order had been closed on 10-27-2019 with the comment: unable to work. She did not have a clear understanding of what the comment meant. She stated it could have meantthat the person who went out did not see any need of trimming at the time or they may have come to the conclusion that the citizen would need to be responsible. I asked her if she could open another job order and have them come back out and I provided her with your contact information which she could not guarantee that someone would contact you. The new job order number is 32496761 so you will have that for your records. Hopefully you will hear from someone in the next 30 days. I hope I was of some assistance to you today. Thank you
