Hi Sam, Ms. Kathleen Cotton called stating she fell last night because of the roots coming from the tree. She stated that she has requested previously for the tree to be removed. She stated she wants the tree down before anyone else is hurt. Ms. Cotton said she was told the tree was in good condition but she is request to hear from someone because she is afraid she may fall again or someone else. The Service Request Number is 404290.
