Description

The canopy of the tree is 90% dead. The bark is showing scaling, an insect infestation killing the maple. I have two children age two and younger and this tree poses a threat to the safety to the neighborhood, my family as well as my property, e.g. car, home, etc. Limbs have broken off the tree in the past 8 months of me living here in the street and on the sidewalk and private property.
