Description

At the corner of Jefferson-Davis Highway & Harwood Street, there is a stature in the middle of a small triangle. This is public property. The triangle is littered with trash that persons toss out of their car windows as they wait for the traffic lights to change. Also, several individuals panhandle in this space and leave their trash there.
