Description

Caller states there are deep ruts in the alley that make driving through the alley difficult. He states the city has come out and graded the alley but it was improperly done and this is causing erosion. The alley is getting lower over time.

    Citizen calling to follow up on this request, citizen would like city to come out asap to make repairs, it is getting worse overtime

    Citizen has a retaining wall; when alley was scraped that you see the footing; it like a ski-jump; wall collapsed from the dirt two feet higher up the wall and there was no support for the wall and it collapsed; the citizen would like to replace the wall but the alley need to be replaced. the COR is still scraped the alley and putting rocks down. mud and erosion in the alley; Please contact caller.
