    I’ve just finished my assessment of this area. The trees / vegetation is growing on a very steep (45-50 degree) slope, and is completely unnavigable. The area is also inaccessible to large equipment. Anyoneattempting to remove this vegetation would be in peril, and the slope would destabilize quickly if it were to be cleared. -JanineUrban Miscellaneous
