Description

Citizen had a private contractor to placea different type of stone down and caused a hump in the alley. It was done to give a certain citizen a custom restoration look in the parking section of the alley near their house. This would cause water to not flow correctly in the alley. Mr. Fields had to scrape away a portion of what the contractor did to allow the water to flow in the alley correctly.
