Description
Sydney Park located at intersection of N Morris St and Floyd Ave and N Brunswick St has grass over 12” tall AND this has happened several times this year! The owner of the Lamplighter Coffee Shop has cut it in the past, however, this is a City of Richmond responsibility. When a citizen/homeowner has grass too tall the City sends a threatening notice reminding the owner of the City ordinance and the consequences, fines etc if the grass/vegetation is not cut within 48 hrs? Seems like the same should apply to the City! When will the City have this grass cut? Currently at 16” tall AND growing!
