Description

I am Ofc. Stamper with RPD and request “No Parking” signs be posted in specified areas and parking lines painted. The unrestricted parking creates an ingress and egress hazard for first responders in violation of 8VAC103-20-30, Enforcement of Parking Regulations, Section 7 that cannot be effectively enforced IAW City of Richmond, Citation Parking Violation, 2-428 of City Code Sec.27-219. Signs will not only help insure community safety, but increase quality of life for park patrons.
