Description

Large Limb as fallen out of tree in 2600 block of Fendall Avenue near intersection with The Plaza adn is hanging from utility line but the end is hanging out into the driving lane. Precarious situation where the lim could be hit y a car or truck or could come loos and fall on a vehicle.
