Description
The Norma Blalock playground in 7500 block of Prairie Rd. has not been maintained except for cutting the grass (which originally was mulch). There are bushes on 2 sides which are now 8 feet tall and obscure all sight from the road. Weeds, grapevine and trees are all in the bushes. This is a hazard to anyone on the playground because a robbery or assault could occur and no one would see anything happening. The bushes need to be trimmed. Two benches are falling apart & need to be replaced.
