Description

Citizen upset about an alley tree that is against his shed and he stated his insurance cancelled because of the tree. He wants the city to be responsible for taking the tree down. He stated the citizen did not plant a tree in the alley and should not be responsible for maintaining the tree. He would like to speak with the Arborist concerning this.
