Description

The pedestrian signal at the southeast corner of Franklin and Adams has been rotated in the wrong direction and both eastbound and southbound signals are facing the same way. This is causing pedestrians to cross W Franklin when it is not safe. The signal pole appears to be fine, only the signal has been rotated.
