Description

Call from Jess in communications stating she called in a report of a limb hanging over the sidewalk during a storm. The Service Request was inspected and closed due to Arborist M. Staton ruling it as private property. Citizen is disputing stating it is a city tree. Spoke with Arborist and per M. Staton the Arborist will need to follow up with this because more things have been done since he first looked at the issue.
