Description

8th street parking deck exit on the side of J Sargent Reynolds community college parking deck side has several huge potholes, that have been there longer than 3 months . The other day, the slow exit of the pothole, made my car feel as if my front end was going to break off. I have contacted the VCU Parking office and that advised that this is a Richmond city problem. Please have someone fix these awful potholes. They could easily ruin someone's vehicle and possible cause an accident, they are no
