citizen is handicap and would like a sign place in front of building so care van will have a spot to pick her up at.

    Called left message need apartment # to mail handicap application.

    Customer does not have a handicap placard simply wanted sign so that GRTC van service could park. Mailed handicap application per customer's request, explained would need to go to DMV to get HC Placard
