Description

Not sure why the City won't attend to BOTH sides of 31st and Marshall (not to mention the roundabout with one tree and weeds), but the sidewalks are overgrown and would be hazardous for anyone in a walker or wheelchair. It is interesting that the half of the block (on both sides) has a totally new sidewalk, yet this half (on both sides) with residences has been neglected. One side has a bus stop. This is not ADA compliant. I think that this might be the 4th request?
