Description

Left turn signal (from WB Broad St onto SB Tilden St) did not start after multiple signal cycles and with a full line of cars in the turn lane. Typically the signal will stop the Pulse lane and give the left turn, or it will give the left turn after one cycle. I expect a sensor may be out. ~6:15pm on Saturday 8/24
