Description

On June 17th, 2019, I reported that the road was caving from alley to alley on Westminster. You assigned DPW000029258 - which you marked as completed on July 31, 2019. However, it was incredibly poorly done - ONLY the middle was paved - so now cars have to go to the middle to get through there and even that is already incredibly uneven. At best, this is 1/3 done - and very poorly. Hope you didn't pay for this one - please send them back to repair it properly!
