Description

Alley repair shown as COMPLETED but it's NOT!!! In June I reported that the alley behind our home needed repairs as it didn't drain after it rains. It was given request DPW000028468. On August 21st at 8:54 AM you changed the status of that DPW to "complete". However, at 10:54 AM on August 21st, I took the attached pictures. If you paid some one to fix this problem, they need to give you a refund as the alley was NOT repaired!!! still standing water behind our home after every rain.
