Description

Reported multiple times already! Today I had to flag down a marked Henrico Fire white vehicle going the wrong way on Pope Ave, about to hit someone pulling out of their driveway who was not looking for traffic coming the wrong way. This has been a daily event since road was repaved and never remarked. Folks are pulling out at the arch into the five way intersection at Bellevue/Pope/Hermitage, with no light. The Henrico Fire driver said first thing: “there are no signs!” So, reporting again
