Description

Maple tree in front of property has caused sidewalk leading to street to raise up 7" out of ground. Roots are sinking sidewalk and causing water to puddle when it rains. Roots are also growing toward gas lines on one side and water lines on other side of tree. Roots are also growing onto owner's property tilting steps and making it hard for owner to navigate up steps. Owner is 72 years old. When can I expect a resolution to this problem? The request was submitted on August 23, 2019, and I have heard nothing from DPW.
