Description

Earlier in the summer, the top broke in an oak tree at 4404 Leonard Parkway. The broken limbs are caught up in tree. Called and requested service - no response. Now the dead wood is breaking apart and falling into the street, bringing healthy limbs with it. I don't think it has a hit a car yet but there is a lot of pedestrian and vehicular traffic up and down the block.
