Description

W. Ladies Mile needs a sidewalk between Chamberlayne and North Ave. This is a main road with moderate amounts of traffic. Daily you can drive down Ladies Mile and be forced to drive over the double yellow into the other lane to get around pedestrians safely. If one wants to get to ride Route 1 or Route 2 via Ladies Mile, it is necessary to walk in the road. All of the perpendicular streets have sidewalks. Clearly Richmond has the money what with that $15M surplus this year...
