Description

Alley condition has been deteriorating since the last round of alley maintenance at least 1.5yrs ago. The pot holes, standing water, and mud everywhere creates both an access and a health issue. We have a garage that I am no longer able to access in our sedan - only the SUV can make it over the holes and ruts. The mud gets tracked everywhere and smells terrible. The ponding water continues to allow mosquito and other insects and pollutants to worsen by the week.
