Description
Tree in front of 3326 Kensington Avenue, Richmond, VA 23221 is already scheduled for removal. It is dead in the top. Every time it rains, there are higher winds, or there is a storm 3 inch diameter branches fall on the cars parked below and on the side walk. The branches hit cars, they are a hazard to pedestrian on the sidewalk, and are even subjecting pedestrians to being hit by the falling limbs of the tree. Request tree removal be given higher priority before severe injury or damage occurs.
