Description

There are two raised/exposed screws - one worse than the other - in a white rectangular access cover that is built into the brick sidewalk at the corner of Broad and 12th Streets. The white cover is on the North side of Broad Street (i.e. the MCV/VCU Health System side), and it is on the corner closest to the Sanger Hall Building (i.e. the corner opposite the one where West Hospital is located). There are 3 pictures attached showing the raised screws, which pose a potential trip hazard.
