Description
There is heavy traffic congestion along Grace Street between Lombardy and Ryland. The construction of the new building on the corner of Lombardy and Ryland has restricted traffic in the area for nearly a year. Recently, the current signal patterns in the neighborhood are causing long lines of intersection-blocking automobiles. Complicating things are the number of double-parked automobiles on Grace Street that habitually restrict movement further. Can we get a new assessment and programming?
