Spoke to resident by phone 24" zelkova #84307 added to crew pruning list for WINTER due to paper wasp nest over walkway leading into bldg. Nest is about 30' up, roughly size of a basketball. Can't reach with spray. Correct address is 3204 Stuart Av.
