Citizen is requesting that a tree in front of his home be removed. He stated the tree is dead and had been condemned by the city years ago and he brought it back to life but now it is leaning and hasa hole which bees are sometimes present. I also explained to the citizen that the tree was considered healthy by an Arborist back in November 2019 and that this was a sidewalk issue. The citizen stated that was two different things. He would liketo have a second opinion as to if the tree is healthy or dead.
