Response from Arborist W. Shoup 8-16-19 @ 5:00 pm: Talked with resident. Explained that anything on private property would be his responsibility. I will go out first thing Monday morning and see what it looks like on the ground. My crew told me that everything in the city ROW was cleaned up last week. Will Sent from my iPhone
