Description

I submitted a work order (Request: DPU000005321) and it was closed as completed. The round metal water cover was never replaced at this location so I don't understand why this request was closed. Also, I now have several metal water covers that I've picked up along roadways that the city can have if they want them. I reattached the photos that were submitted w/ original work order. The cover in the picture was knocked out of place by a passing vehicle. It will not stay in place on its own.
