Description

Sign is hanging upside down. It appears to have come off top bolt. Note: this sign in on the west side of Wisteria Avenue, southbound, between Leonard Parkway and Kensington Avenue. There are shrubs growing into the street such that even with the sign restored to the correct position, it may be hard to see. You may want to include some pruning in this job. Thank you!
