Description
Tree out front growing on city property (between the sidewalk and the road) has large portions seemingly dry rotted. Large limbs have fallen before and several fell onto our roof 8/16 under normal weather conditions. The Remaining dry rot affected part of this tree probably needs to be cut at the base before it damages property or injures someone.

- Staff · August 19, 2019Limb that fell in yard was removed by arborist. Pruning is within 10ft of primary distribution wire and cannot be performed by the city crews. Arborist contacted dominion energy to see if they can prune the tree. Arborist met with resident in person and explained this process.
