Description

The city is repairing or regrading gravel alleys in Montrose Heights. I come home at 1730 on Friday 8/16 to find and old trash can lid and gravel, dirt and rocks dumped on my lawn. My recycling and trash cans are in good repair,as pictured. So why dump it in my yard? Why level the alley and then leave a pile in my yard? It’s Friday. When will the city return to clean this mess?
