Description

the alley between Cowardin and 15th Street is in disrepair. the entrance on 15th Street is at the 202 A/B/C/D multi-housing building. the other entrance is off Cowardin beside a new construction house. that is a lot of new traffic that has to use the alley for trash pick up and access to the off-street parking for 202, 204, 206, 208 and 210 W. 15th Street. It is full of trash, has several massive potholes and is dangerous.
