Description

In the alley of the 900 E 15th street, there is vegetation that has overgrown and has blocked the light in the alley. The light works but the vegetation is making the alley pitch black at night creating a perfect scenario for crime.

    Alley tree. Explained to resident by phone that the city does not maintain alley trees. Resident asked what the process was if a neighbors tree was encroaching into his property or the alley. Arborist described contacting code enforcement.
