Description
Two oak trees in need of immediate attention and maintenance. Trees are leaning and causing sidewalk and property ramp to raise up and bulk. Roots are exposed and shifting curb and street. Limbs are hanging low in way of pedestrians and power lines. Black and leafless limbs and branches are seen on both and some limbs crash down and shatter and other broken limbs are resting on or dangling from other limbs and branches; some that fall are covered in brown slime. Both trees are hazardous.
