Description

Ivy has taken over the tree and root bulb is pulling and neighbors believe that tree is about to fall. Branches are hanging over in street but touching street. Citizen does not know if it is on her property and city property however neighbors are stating that tree needs to be removed.

    Visual inspection did not warrant tree removal. Due to the presence of Ivy growing from the neighbors yard at 4201 Hillcrest a full visual inspection could not be completed. From what I observed on 8/22 there was no need for removal at the time of inspection.
