Description

Requesting a traffic study for this intersection because left turn lane time needs to be increased. I just spent five minutes in the eastbound left turn lane of Midlothian turnpike and the lane was completely full, causing a hazard for anyone waiting to turn left but sticking out in the left lane the turnpike.
