Description

Water often on west side of road, 500 block Westover Hills Bv. (outer curve, southbound). Years ago such frozen water contributed to accident when another vehicle driving west (southbound) side lost control, crossed median, hit and totaled my car (injuring me) driving on east (northbound) side. Please again work so avoid water on road which may contribute to slippery conditions (especially during freezing weather). Ad signs again on city roadway at intersection of Belt Bv. + Hull St

    his is a consistent problem with a irrigation line leaking from the apartment complex. The City of Richmond is aware of the problem and has notified the property management of this issue. This request shallbe closed to the maintenance group for there is no City assets causing this issue.
