Description

Citizen states that the traffic light was changed and now no one can make a left turn safely. Citizen states that their was a green arrow signal that was removed and is requesting to have it placed back.

    in my investigation all detection and phases are working properly

    Intersection is working properly per new timings that have been implemented as part of City wide retiming project. The left turn now operates as a lagging left instead of the previous leading left turn arrow. This allows for better traffic flow within this corridor.
