Description

There was a request open for this location. I spoke to the citizen and let her be aware that a private contractor was working on the street/ paving. I closed the ticket thinking that once the private contractors were finished, she would be happy with the work done. The citizen states that she is not happy with how water is gushing down in the spot that wasn't paved.
